I found out soon after that this picture was photoshopped. Red the Drunk was actually about a foot further away (though not entirely respecting Dubya's personal space), and Blowjob McGee was actually standing face-to-face w/Bushy, handling his tie and not his wang.
Too bad. Fake or not, this still made me chuckle.
